Questions
Where does the case information come from?
From public case records that courts publish, such as case status, orders, cause lists and display boards. Case data comes from eCourts and High Court websites. Case Tracking is not affiliated with any court or government. Always check the court's own record before you rely on a date or an order.
How often are my cases updated?
Cases refresh from the court record regularly, and you can refresh any case yourself. An order appears once the court has published it.
Where can I use Case Tracking?
Case Tracking is offered in India, on iPhone and Android. You must be 18 or older to use it.
Do I need a NyayAssist account?
Case Tracking uses the NyayAssist sign-in. If you already use NyayAssist, sign in with the same account; if not, signing up in the app creates one. Your tracked cases also appear in NyayAssist when you sign in there.
What information does the app collect?
Your account details, the cases, clients, reminders and events you add, notification tokens, crash reports, and a few diagnostic and app-use events linked to your account. There are no ads and no tracking. The Privacy Policy lists everything, who processes it and how long we keep it.
Can I stop WhatsApp reminders?
Yes. Choose WhatsApp, email or both for each reminder, and opt out of WhatsApp at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account, or email support@nyayassist.ai. Deleting your account also deletes your NyayAssist account. See Delete your account for what is deleted and what is kept.
