How can we help?

When you write, tell us the email address or mobile number on your account, and the CNR if your question is about a case. Please don't send passwords, one-time codes or confidential documents.
Common questions
- I can't sign in. Use the option you signed up with: Google, Apple or email. Case Tracking uses your NyayAssist account, so if you already use NyayAssist, sign in with that account.
- I didn't get the WhatsApp code. The code goes by WhatsApp to the mobile number you entered. Check the number and that WhatsApp is set up on it, then ask for the code again.
- A case is not showing. Check the CNR or case number and the court or tribunal you picked. Some courts and tribunals take time to publish a new case, and a slow court website can take several minutes to answer. You can leave the app; we notify you when the case is ready.
- A date or order looks out of date. Open the case and refresh it. An order appears once the court has published it.
- I'm not getting notifications. Check that notifications are allowed for Case Tracking in Profile and in your phone's settings.
- I'm not getting reminders. Check the channel you chose for the reminder (WhatsApp or email) and that you have not opted out of WhatsApp messages.
- I've used all my case slots. Untrack a case to free its slot, or write to us to raise your limit.
- I don't want news and offers from NyayAssist. Use the unsubscribe link in any of those emails, or write to support@nyayassist.ai. You will still get the case alerts and account messages you need.
Delete your account
This is how to delete your account in Case Tracking, the court-case tracking app by NyayAssist (Hyperboost AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) for iPhone and Android, and what happens to your data.
Case Tracking shares its sign-in with NyayAssist. Deleting your Case Tracking account also deletes your NyayAssist account, on the web and in every app.
In the app
- Open Case Tracking and sign in.
- Tap the round button with your initials at the top left to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete account.
Your account is deleted straight away, and you are signed out on every device. If you haven't finished setting up your account, Delete account is also on the setup screen. If the deletion can't be completed, the app tells you and nothing is deleted; try again later or write to us.
Without the app
- Email support@nyayassist.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject Delete my account.
- If you can't use that address, tell us the email address or mobile number on the account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
- We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted at once
- Your account. You can't sign in to it again, in Case Tracking or in NyayAssist.
- Your tracked court cases and saved court searches.
- Your clients, and the record of messages you sent them.
- Your notifications, and your notification and live hearing tokens.
- Your sign-in: we ask Auth0, our sign-in provider, to delete it, and we revoke any Sign in with Apple access.
- The information the app keeps on your phone. Signing out also removes it.
What we keep, and for how long
- The rest of your account's data, for 90 days: your profile (such as your name, email address, mobile number and address), your calendar events and reminders, and any NyayAssist projects, chats and documents. They move to an archive: nobody sees them in the apps, and we don't use them to contact you. We permanently delete them 90 days after your account is deleted.
- Billing records, for as long as the law requires: invoices, payment and subscription records, and the billing name, address and GST number on them. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep them for a set period.
- Security, support and usage records: such as sign-in session records, support tickets and usage statistics. They keep your user ID.
- Logs and backups that already hold your information, until their normal retention period ends. Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics hold no name or email address and expire after 90 days.
- Public court records. Case information published by courts is not deleted, because it comes from the courts. Deleting your account removes only your link to it.
- Messages already delivered to your clients by WhatsApp or email stay with them.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. If you pay for a NyayAssist plan on our website, deleting your account cancels that subscription. If you pay through the App Store or Google Play, also check that the subscription is cancelled in your Apple or Google account.
